Junming (Jimmy) Shi, as a Doctor and Post-Doctor degree holder, is a senior Partner at Dentons Shanghai Office. Henry Xiao is a partner at Dentons Shanghai office and a core member of the firm’s real estate department and dispute resolution team. Prior to joining the firm, Henry was a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm and he formerly worked as a PRC legal consultant at Rodyk & Davidson, initially in its Shanghai office and then in its Singapore head office. Presently, Henry sits on the Board of Real Estate Law Studies of Shanghai Bar Association.

Henry’s practice includes commercial dispute resolution (litigation, arbitration, mediation and crisis management), real estate, cross-border investment (FDI and overseas investment), and general corporate matters. Nancy Sun obtained her LLM at East China University of Political Science and MBA at University of California, Los Angeles and National University of Singapore. Prior to joining Dentons Shanghai, Nancy worked as an in-house counsel of an HKSE listed company and one of Australia's top law firm. She has been recognized as Top Chinese Female Lawyer 2016 by ALB and the projects she advised on were also been awarded as The Deal of the Year 2015 by China Business Law Journal(CBLJ) and shortlisted for Company Law Innovative Deal of the Year 2015 by Financial Times.

In her 17 years practice, she has extensive experience in advising Chinese and international clients on both inbound and outbound transactions. Jingjing is also experienced in onshore mid/short term notes, PPNs and securitization.
